Timmi, then "Timmy" was found in 1977 in the Oak View riverbed by her owner's daughter who spotted him while on a horseback ride. She brought him home and despite a diligent search for his owner, no one claimed him. Owner Fran discovered Timmy was actually a female 30 years later when she laid eggs! How old is Timmi? No one can guess. She is super friendly, loves visitors and hibernates upstairs under a dresser during winter months. She is registered with Dept of Fish & Wildlife.
