Chow Mane is a 12-year-old rescue from the streets of LA.
While Chow Mane may look cool, calm, and collected, this sugar-snout can be quite rambunctious. Whenever his parents come home he loves to bark and play with them. Chow Mane also loves to go to dog parks, where he spends more time introducing himself to people then to dogs.
Chow Mane’s passion in life is a good snack. Any kind of savory snack will have him showing you his best puppy-dog-eyes. His favorite is BBQ Rib Eye.
How did Chow Mane get his name? When he was found as a puppy he looked like a small black cotton ball. We thought he had a “Chow Chow’s Mane” and the rest is history! We weren’t too far off either. Chow Mane’s DNA test told us he’s 35% Golden Retriever and 13% Chow Chow. To us he is 100% good boy!
