Rules

Since this is a fundraiser, the entry fee is $10 per photo and $1 per vote. Participants can enter as many photos as they want, but each photo has a separate entry fee. HOWEVER, while you can have multiple entries for your pet, you can only win ONE Calendar Page per pet.
The 12-top vote-getters MUST be able to attend a photoshoot with their pet(s) at AGold Photo Pet Photography Studio (3105 W Bay to Bay Blvd Suite A Tampa, FL 33629) on either September 6th, 7th, or 8th at a specific time. If a winning contestant is unable to participate during the designated photography schedule, the contestant with the next highest number of votes will be selected as a winner to be featured in the calendar.
There is a limit to 3 pets PER entry.
Photos are to be of pets ONLY; people are not allowed in the photo. All animals must be depicted in a humane and dignified manner.
Entry and voting period is July 1, 2023 12:00AM EST through July 31, 2023 9:00PM EST.
The 12-top vote-getters will also receive a Discovery Call with AGoldPhoto Pet Photography to learn more about them and their personality, discuss the session for the calendar and learn about upgrading to a full Pet Photo Shoot Experience where owners can be included and custom prints and artwork is available for purchase.
We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
The grand prize winner will be the photo with the most votes at the end of the voting period.
The winners will be notified by August 7, 2023. Prizes will be mailed to the address on file or arrangements will be made for pick up.
The second prize (60) winners will have their photo featured in one of the blank date spaces within the calendar.
The third prize (70) winners will have their entrant photo featured on the 2023 calendar collage page at the end of the 2023 Calendar.
The Humane Society of Tampa Bay reserves the right to remove any pictures for any reason. Should this happen, we will notify you and refund your entry fee if desired.
