A little about me...
Maya was adopted from the Humane’s Society 6 years ago on Valentine’s Day. My children were part of the Paws for Literacy program, and read to Maya. I came back to visit her and knew she had to be a part of our family! She is the sweetest and loves playing with her 5 human brothers & sisters and her fur brother, Cooper, who was also adopted from the Humane’s Society. (Picture story) During springtime, we have lots of monarchs hatch in our butterfly garden and this monarch decided she would be most comfortable hanging out with Maya, aka the “butterfly whisper”.
