Why is your dog a hero?
Tucker is my husband Jay and I hero! Our first golden passed away in 2016 from Pericardial Effusion and we were devastated. In 2017 we were encouraged by a friend to look for a rescue group and help out a dog in need. We contacted Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue, filled out the forms and applied for several goldens. One day we got the call to come to San Diego and see a golden named Mickey who needed a home. We drove to San Diego to meet Mickey and knew right away he was the dog for us! He didn't look like a Mickey, but a Tucker. Tucker keeps us in stitches all the time, he is the best!
