Pet's Story or Bio
Dennis is a stray boy who found his way into rescue. His mom was simply going to visit and drop off some donations when she saw him. She sat on the floor with him because he reminded her of her childhood dog. She gave him lots of pets and scratches and moved along to the other dogs in the area. All the while, she noticed a small pressure on her knee. When she was done petting the other resident pups, she looked down and saw his paw had been resting on her the whole time, waiting for more attention. She quickly decided to foster him and within a few short days, although not needing another dog, decided that she needed *him*. He loves to snuggle, rest his head on any human's pillow he can find, come running anytime plastic crinkles on the off chance it is a little treat, and most importantly "check the mail" -- a fun phrase he learned during the pandemic which meant that he and his mother got to go outside for once. A light in our world is our sweet and handsome man Dennis.
