Contest Rules

1. A one-time administrative fee of $5 is required for all contest participants, for each photo.
2. Photos must be submitted electronically.
3. Photographers will retain original copyrights to their photos.
4. Entrants grant Forest Park Conservancy permission to use their photo(s) in any publication, marketing or fundraising initiatives, and on the Forest Park Conservancy website. All photos used will receive captioning where possible.
5. All decisions by the voters are final.
6. Forest Park Conservancy reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the winners, the Forest Park Conservancy reserves the right to award or not award the prizes in its sole discretion. The Forest Park Conservancy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry or conduct appears in any way to: inhibit the enjoyment of others; tamper with the competition; violate these rules or other applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of third parties, or act in a disruptive manner.
7. Only submissions that adhere to the Contest Rules and Submission Guidelines are eligible to win.
