The story behind the photo
Whenever we hike, I remind my kids to stop and look up. To look up at the tree canopy gives
you that same dizzy, giddy feeling you’d get as a kid on the swing set, when you lean all the way back and stare up at the sky. The forest is nature’s cathedral, and it begs us to look upward.
