Welcome to the FETCH Fest Photo Contest! Each year FETCH a Cure hosts a pet wellness festival to celebrate the joys of animal companionship. The event raises funds for our vital programs like Companions in Crisis and Pixie’s Pen Pals. In addition to our fundraising competition-for-a-cause, we’re introducing a fun photo contest into the mix!
It's easy to participate! Submit your favorite photo of your pet, then encourage your family and friends to vote for your pet's picture.

First Place Prize:
a 6x8 custom pet portrait by artist, Maddy Wilson
Second Place Prize:
Super Chewer Bark Box (a $45 value); each box contains two fun toys, two bags of natural treats, and one surprise item
Third Place Prize:
$25 gift card to Salty Paws RVA Doggie Ice Cream Bar and Bakery
- Submit a photograph of your dog and make a $5 donation to FETCH a Cure at the contest site.
- Limit of TWO dogs of the same family per photo entry. No people are allowed in entry photographs.
- In Memoriam photos are welcome.
- All donations from entries are non-refundable.
- All entry photos must be uploaded through the competition software. We do not accept printed photos. The entry photograph must be taken by you. We do not accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
- The submission period starts at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, April 5, 2024 and ends at 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, May 4, 2024.
- Votes can come from anywhere in the world.
- One (1) vote is a $1 donation. A minimum donation is $5 (five votes).
- All donations from voting are non-refundable. Voting and other donations must be made through the online contest page, which is a secured site for money transactions.
- Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by the FETCH a Cure staff, in their sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
- Each dog may be entered only once. Posting more than one photo of your dog does not increase the chances of winning.
- The 3 winners of the FETCH Fest Photo Contest will be determined by the number of votes they receive. Votes are tallied by the contest software.
