Pet's Story or Bio
Baxter is a rescue from Herd U Needed a Home in Bend, Oregon. When I got him, he became my hiking companion, running buddy, and shadow. He grew up with my daughter and now is learning that having babies around means constant snacks and highchair clean up duties. He likes attacking water (splashes, sprinklers, etc), jumping for flies, and staring at our cat.
Baxter is an unofficial therapy dog and official mascot of Ancora Wellness. He joins his mom in counseling sessions and greets everyone who comes in the office. His specialty is leaning into your legs (to let you know you are loved and supported) and shedding on your pants (so you have the reminder of love and support even after you leave).
