Winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entries that get the most votes. Top 12 vote winners will have their photo professionally photographed by City Dweller Photography, LLC.

• The coveted cover photo for the 2025 calendar as well as a pet of the month spot! 
• One 5x7 print of the photo that is selected for the calendar.
• A 15 minute professional photo mini session with City Dweller Photography, LLC at a location in downtown Indianapolis selected by City Dweller Photography in the month of March 2025.
• City Dweller Photography will choose, in their sole discretion, an image of each dog for the calendar as well as the month that the image will appear.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

• Sessions will take place in the month of March 2025.
• A 15 minute professional photo mini session with City Dweller Photography, LLC.
• Location is in downtown Indianapolis and selected by City Dweller Photography.
• If you are unable to commit to a session at the specified location, or on the dates selected, you forfeit your winning and the next dog will take your dog's spot in the calendar.
• Each of the 12 winners will have the option to upgrade from a mini session to a full session, and have the $100 session fee waived.

• One (1) vote is a $1 donation. A minimum donation is $5 (five votes).
• All donations from the voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulation under the supervision of GOGO Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
• The voting period starts at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, February 14, 2025 and ends at 7:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
• The email acknowledgement of your online donation to Riley Children’s Foundation serves as your tax receipt. Please save it for your records.
  
  

• Each entry is a $5 donation to Riley Children’s Foundation.
• Limit of as many pets that live in the same household per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet(s). Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win.
• Entry photos that include two or more pets will share a month if they place among the top twelve vote getters.
• Each dog may be entered only once. Posting more than one photo of your dog does not increase the chances of winning.
• Past calendar dog winners are welcome and encouraged to participate again this year.
• Entries must be living dogs to be eligible to win. If you would like to raise funds in memory of your Dog(s) for Riley, you are more than welcome to enter his/her image. We cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos without permission from the photographer.
• The submissions period begins at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, February 14, 2025 and ends at 7:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
• If you do not see your photo on the voting page within 48 hours of submitting it, please contact Tiffini, 317.345.7335 or tiffini@CityDwellerPhotography.com.
• Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by City Dweller Photography, LLC in its sole discretion, will not be entered into the contest. Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entries that receive the most votes. The same pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the calendar by the same pet will not be permitted. 
  
  

• By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you use a professional photo, make sure you have permission from the photographer to use the photo in the contest. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual without permission, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. Any photo taken by City Dweller Photography, LLC is permitted in the contest.  
• Calendars will be available to the general public at the end of November 2025 or beginning of December 2025.
• By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless City Dweller Photography, LLC, Riley Children's Foundation and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the released parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising from your participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize. A contract with City Dweller Photography, LLC will need to be signed before each of the winning dogs are photographed.
• By participating in the contest you agree to receive emails/texts from City Dweller Photography and Riley Children’s Foundation. You can unsubscribe at anytime.
• Due to popular demand, City Dweller Photography's dog, Greg, will once again be participating in the 2025 calendar contest. If he's one of the top vote getters, he will be able to be one of the monthly calendar dogs.
