Rita & Ellie (formerly Dulce) are DCDR foster fails who live near Kingston, Ontario. Rita, a distemper survivor and Ellie, one of the first souls helped by DCDR, spend their days snoozing and protecting us from trespassing bunnies & chipmunks.
