Smiley was part of a confiscation case in Polk County FL from a dog fighting ring (75 dogs in total). In her short 3 yrs of life, being so submissive, she was over-bred and left with physical indications as well as a very nervous personality.

Since rescuing Smiley, she now lives a fun, loving and adventurous life. From camping (pictured near a fishing hole) and running crazy in her big back yard, to car rides and snuggles when she chooses.

We are taking things slow to allow her to feel comfortable, gain trust and heal mentally, but she’s sweet as pie, loves her treats and has an amazing life ahead of her!
