Pet's Story
Tartar Sauce is a 4 year old Welsh Pembroke Corgi and Jack Russell Terrier mix. He was surrendered to TLC in January of 2023 for behavioral issues, and was adopted by us this past July. He's a sweet boy who, despite his high energy breeds, is a couch potato whose favorite activities inlcude cuddling with his dad's and eating paper.

Why my pet should win
Tartar Sauce's adoption was partially sponsored by a donor at TLC. Under their care, he was neutered, well fed, kept up to date on his medication, and taken to the vet regularly. Without TLC, we would have never ended up with him. We think he exemplifies the values and cause that this fundraiser is for, and we hope to see more animals cared for and adopted out, just as he was.
