The thirteen photos/dogs with the most votes will be featured in the Calendar. They will each receive one complimentary copy of the full color Calendar. Additional copies will be available for $15.00 each.

The next 12 dogs will be featured on their own MONTH. Photos will be assigned to a specific month by the Contest Director.
About Us
Lancaster Unleashed, Inc. is a community-based non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation. They are the champions of unleashed fun for furry friends. The organization teamed up with the Erie County Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry to create a pawsitively awesome community dog park in Como Lake Park in Lancaster, New York. After 6 years of planning, the Bark Park opened in October 2021.
The dog park, known as Como Lake Bark Park, is a 1.5-acre area of tail-wagging delight nestled close to Shelter #10, just a bone's throw away from the Bowen Road entrance to Como Lake Park. It's the canine hotspot your pups have been barking about!
Through their efforts, they aim to enhance the quality of life for dogs and their owners in Lancaster and the surrounding communities. They also organize events like the Annual Calendar Photo Contest to engage the community and raise funds for the park's maintenance and improvement.
Donations to Lancaster Unleashed, Inc. are tax-deductible, contributing to their mission of creating a better environment for our furry friends.
- Each photo entry requires a $5.00 donation to Lancaster Unleashed, Inc. Lancaster Unleashed, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible under the appropriate guidelines of U.S. federal income tax law.
- No photos will be uploaded to the website and made available for voting without paying the registration fee.
- There are NO limits on how many photos you enter.
- There are NO limits on how many times you vote for your photo(s).
- Please upload a clear, well-focused, high-quality image. (Minimum 300 DPI) If you win, your photo will be professionally printed in a full-color 8.5 x 11" calendar. Blurry pictures will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject any images that are not suitable for printing or any entries that did not successfully complete the payment process.
