Your Pet's Story from his/her perspective
I was born before Christmas in 2020, and my new mommy surprised the family with a picture of me in their stockings! My “Gotcha Day” was Valentine’s Day of 2021, and my new family was so sad because they had lost their other dog a month earlier who was supposed to be my buddy. But I was just what they needed to heal their hearts! My mommy and I grew closer and closer as we trained and passed certifications, and now we are a registered therapy team helping to heal others’ hearts and bring joy and comfort to them! I love visiting nursing homes, colleges, the courthouse and other new places that need me, but I also love my walks, play dates with my friends, swimming, ice cubes, frozen blueberries, and snuggling on the couch with my mom and family. I also love to do scent work and can even find my own Easter eggs! Life is extra special when it snows, and in the summer, I get my own puppy pool until it’s time for snow again!
