Your Pet's Story
Journey was born with a medical condition called PRAA. She had 2 valves connecting her heart to her esophagus, and is not able to eat anything by mouth. Journey had a feeding tube placed, and gets the majority of her nutrition through the tube. She can have water and broth in a special Bailey Chair. Journey was rescued by her foster moms, Kate and Amanda, who raised $20K to provide her with the life saving surgeries she needed. Journey is not 16 weeks and growing stronger every day! Her life has been nothing short of a “Journey”, but her foster family “Won’t Stop Believin’” in this little warrior!
