Louis was found on July 13, 2022 under a work truck. He was covered in grease and fleas and so bloated. He simple cowered down and let my husband pick him up. He was bathed in Dawn and fleas plucked off him with tweezers (thanks Heather). Louis can be a tad odd but it just makes us love him all the more. He has steps to get on our bed and a ramp to get up on the cats bed (thanks Jimmy). Louis is small and always will be so we do everything we can for him to enjoy life. Louis is such a sweetie that most people who meet him want to take him home.
