Rules

Entry fee is $10 per photo.
Please submit pet pictures only! Please don’t show any people faces.
Pets can be current or past pets of any type.
Votes are $1 each. Minimum of $5 for donating for votes. No limit to the number of votes you can buy! Ask family and friends to vote for your pets too!
You can divide up your votes and use them on several different pictures.
The top 13 vote getters will be featured on the Captain Care 2015 Calendar. One for the cover and the others for the 12 months.
All photos submitted (up to a maximum of 400) will be included in the calendar as small pictures on calendar pages.
For a $10 donation you can select the day you want your pet’s small photo to appear. Your birthday? His birthday? First come first served for reserving a particular day for your pet’s picture to be placed.
Calendars may be preordered for $25. Free shipping.
