Prizes

The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 13 most voted entrants. The top 13 pets with the highest votes will have their pet professionally photographed (20 min session) by Ina J Photography for the 2025 Canberra Paws calendar.

All winners will have the opportunity to upgrade to a full session (which includes print credit) and to purchase prints and artwork following their session. 

• The pet with the most votes will be the winner and will win the coveted cover photo for the 2025 Canberra Paws calendar and an additional page in the calendar (for the month of January of the following year as the calendar covers 13 months - 2025 plus Jan 2026) !
• a professional pet photography session with Ina J Photography for the 2025 calendar cover.
• an 8 x 10 inch fine art matted print of a photo of the client’s choosing valued at $250 (chosen at the ordering appointment)
• $250 print credit to spend towards prints and artwork
• a social media digital file of the chosen Calendar photo.

The next top 12 entrants with the next highest votes will get a spot in one of the months of the 2025 Canberra Paws Calendar.

• The 2nd - 13th place winners will have their pet featured as a pet of the month for each month of the year in the calendar
• a professional pet photography session with Ina J Photography (20 min) 
• a social media sized digital file of the chosen calendar photo

All winners will be booked in for a consultation appointment and an ordering appointment to purchase prints and products following their session. You can view Ina J Photography's artwork options here.

*If your pet is one of the 13 to be photographed for the 2025 calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to Ina J Photography on pre-selected dates at pre-determined photo shoot locations in Canberra and surrounding regions during July to October 2025 for a professional pet photography session. If you are unable to commit to a session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next highest voted pet will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.


Each week I'll be holding a mini contest and one pet who gets the highest number of new votes for a particular week will win a mini contest prize from one of the supporting businesses. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerised drawing will be held for all eligible pets. Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business. You will be provided with the business contact details and you are responsible of contacting the business to collect/claim your prize. Ina J Photography is not responsible for these restrictions and eligibility requirements as determined by each business.
