Grand Prizes:
The winners of the contest will be determined by the top 13 entrants that receive the most votes. The 1st place winner will win the coveted cover photo for the 2021 calendar, and the 2nd - 13th place winners will have their dog featured as a dog of the month. The top 13 vote getters will have their dog professionally photographed by Megan Murray Photography for the 2021 calendar.
All winners will have the opportunity to purchase artwork and digital files from their portrait session, if desired.
*** IMPORTANT: If your dog is one of the 13 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your dog to an indoor studio located near downtown Houston, TX on a weekday in August or September 2020. If you are unable to commit to a portrait session during those times and at that location, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your dog's spot in the calendar, no exceptions. ***Weekly Bonus Prizes:
One dog each week who receives the highest number of new votes for that week will win a bonus prize from one of the participating businesses. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible dogs. Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business.
