A little about me...
Pokey was abandoned and left to die after being diagnosed with “water on the brain”. He was passed around from rescue to rescue. We are Rover sitters and we got a request to “dog sit” for 2 dogs (one of them being Pokey). We consistently watched Pokey on multiple locations and the “owner” asked “would y’all be interested in adopting pokey and we immediately said “YES!” He has grown stronger and remains active playing with his 2 brothers.
