This contest is open to anyone. Your photo entry does not have to be of a BRBR rescue. We love all basset hounds and welcome entries from all basset hound owners.

Why should you vote in this election?

• So you can decide. Don't let other people decide which Bassets should be in the calendar when you have a voice.
• It's your right. Basset owners are underrepresented in most elections; this is your chance to make an impact.
• Representation. Does it seem as if politicians don't get you? Basset hounds do. Get some elected.
• If you don't vote, someone else will. Our government was designed for citizen participation, so if you don't vote, other people are going to make the decisions for you.

Want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your hound. Your dog's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. Each day is $10.
