Lagun is not Scottish, but he could be. His name means "friend" in the Basque language of Spain. We adopted him at the AHS during the pandemic. Nobody wanted him, as he was too shy, perhaps because of his color. He trembled like a leaf when we first held him in our arms. But that was 4 years ago, and now he's a confident, adventurous, protective, mountain-loving dog who greatly enjoys the Chattahoochee River. He adapts to the northern character of his father and the Caribbean nature of his mother, with whom he shares custody. !Amigo para siempre!
