Rules:
Entries can be submitted at any time during the contest period of June 1 – June 30 2020. To enter, a single $5 donation per entrant is required. Each "vote" (donation of $1) will benefit the Alzheimer's Association of Greater PA. You can vote as many times as you wish for as many different contestants as you want! Voting will close at 5 pm on June 30, 2020.
Prizes:
GRAND PRIZE: For the winning pooch, an amazing gift basket overflowing with treats, toys, a $50 Petsmart Gift Card and more! The owner/entrant for the winning pooch will win an Alzheimer's Association prize pack as well as bragging rights!
About Us:
Team Forget Me Not Meadville is in it's 5
th year of fundraising for the Alzheimer's Association and we have raised over $16,000 in that time! The Alzheimer's Association is near and dear to us as many of us have parents and grandparents who are suffering or have passed away due to this disease.
