In early 2000 when I adopted her from AWLA, the card on her cage said: "I'm cute as a button, but I definitely have a mind of my own!" And she still does - hence her name, Moxie! Moxie has the best attitude of any cat, she fears nothing. Never the one to pick a fight, she nonetheless stands up for herself. She is calendar-cat material and she knows it, rolling over to pose as if to say: "Look how beautiful I am!" Everyone falls in love with her. Still perky and kittenish at nearly 16, Moxie now has IBD so we worry about her a lot, but she still has that spunky spirit that makes her Moxie!
