Boone's original name was Cassidy, after meeting him I couldn't help but rename him; it just fit! He was diagnosed with epilepsy after adoption. Aside from the occasional seizure, he lived a wonderfully spoiled life. Rarely was he ever without me; even went to work with me daily. He was always a favorite at the dog park and would lean against anyone for a little petting. This picture was taken at the Alexandria waterfront while visiting his auntie. Unfortunately, he became ill and I had to let him go this past Nov; he was almost 7yo. I miss him everyday but enjoy telling and hearing stories about him. He was a wonderful companion.
