A little about me...
My name is Daisy and I’m five years old. That’s my adopted little sister next to me. Her name is Xena and she is four. We are West Highland White Terriers. Our breed comes from Scotland and we are supposed to be “ratters”. We never saw open water until three years ago. We were excited, fascinated, and scared all at the same time. What was this sparkly, shimmery wet stuff? We immediately tried to run across it. Silly us! Luckily, we were wearing our safety vests. Within a few minutes, we loved it. Now, we want to swim every chance we can. We get really excited when we see the boat and are becoming very good at helping dad. (Between you and me, I think he would be lost without us.) In this picture, I’m telling Xena how I get to help dad dock today ‘cause I’m the big sister.
