Make your pet a star! Photo contest winners will be featured in the All About the Animals Coalition 2025 Pet Photo Calendar. If you’ve always wanted to see your pet’s name and adorable face in lights, this is the contest for you—and win fun prizes while supporting All About the Animals Coalition.
All proceeds from this contest and subsequent calendar sales go towards fulfilling our mission of stopping pet overpopulation. We have received a matching grant from United Spay Alliance - Community Cats Grant for up to $2000 for feral cats only, trap-neuter-release programs. So every dollar you donate is $2 for the program.

The photo with the greatest number of overall votes will win the 2025 calendar cover. The top 4 photos in each category will each win a full page spread on one of the months and a price package for the top vote-getter in each category.

Prizes
The top 12 vote-getters in their respective categories (four cats, four dogs, and four other companion pets) will be featured as a Pet of the Month model in the 2025 All About the Animals Coalition Pet Calendar. The owner of the overall top vote-getter will also have the distinct honor of picking which month their pet appears.
The top vote getter in each category will also receive a prize package donated by local merchants. See our Facebook page for updates on prize packages as we are adding to them throughout the contest.
The contest will run for 14 days, starting from 6:00:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Monday, October 28, 2024 and ending at 8:00:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old, reside in Southeast Idaho, and be the person who took the photo(s) being entered.
One (1) entry per pet with a maximum of two (2) pets entered per category. Entry fee is $5/entry.
Each photo may contain only one pet. No people or wildlife.
Photos MUST be high-resolution (300 dpi or greater) and be in landscape (horizontal) format to be considered for a month spread in the calendar.
Photos must be full-color, no heavily filtered, edited or altered photos.
Photos with professional photographer watermarks will not be eligible to be included in the calendar.
Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest.
You may vote for your own entry(ies).

TIPS
To help you have the best chance of winning, we’ve gathered a few tips and hints:
- Shoot horizontally.
- Clear photos only.
- Use natural light.
- Focus on details.
Use the social media links within the contest to promote your pet to your friends and family, and encourage them to share on their pages as well! Remember—the more people who know about your entry the more likely you are to win!
Get cash sponsorships! You can collect cash donations for your pet’s photo from friends, family and acquaintances, then simply add the amounts yourself, using your own login information and credit card. This is one of the easiest ways to get support, because you are collecting the funds directly and your supporters do not have to create their own account. Most people are happy to support All About the Animals Coalition and you can collect any amount—from $1 to $1000!
And finally, the most important thing you can do to increase donations to your entry is to remind people that every vote is a donation to All About the Animals Coalition. We rely on grants and donations from out community for the success of our programs.
