We are searching for the perfect pet in Portage county and your pet might just be the one!
If voted the PERFECT PET OF PORTAGE, your pet will be featured on the label of a special North Water Brewing Co. beer. You and your pet will get to name and brand your very own brew! Also, your pet will be featured in a full page Record Courier ad showing just how perfect your pet is.
So why are we really doing this?
This is a fundraising event for Tails and Trails. The Portage Park District Foundation and the Madonio Animal Trust believe that by combining forces and creating one fun fundraiser, both our organizations can benefit. And to help us realize our cause is our brewing partner, North Water Brewing Co.
The Madonio Animal Trust supports many local animal groups, provides food for the pets of individuals who receive Mobile Meals, and works with local veterinarians to support the care of pets who require emergency services.
The Portage Park District Foundation supports our park district by raising funds. Our goal is to continue to build a fund for trail development and maintenance so more people and their pets can enjoy our parks.
To be eligible, pet owners must either live or work in Portage County.
