Welcome to online voting for Carroll County Art Council's 10th Anniversary PEEPshow! Online voting is new this year and adds a fun additional way to help select the winning entries! Each vote costs $1 and all donations support the Carroll County Arts Council, one of the community's most vibrant non-profit organizations.
All entries are displayed at the Carroll Arts Center in downtown Westminster, Maryland. Stop by to check them out in person if you can!
