Our first calendar contest (Year of the Jack) was such a hit, we've decided to do it again this year with For the Love of Dogs theme. 

We are putting a shout out to all dog parents to enter your favorite photo of your four-legged kid(s) and gather votes to be included in our 2017 calendar. He/she does not have to be a GA JRT Rescue or even a Jack Russell. We are celebrating all breeds, including those lovable mutts.

Sorry, no cats or other animals unless they are pictured with a dog. As much as we all love them, we want to celebrate the canine variety in this contest.

How to Enter the Contest

To participate, click the Enter Contest button at right. If you are a returning GoGo participant, log in with your existing email address and password. If not, register for an account. (Don't worry, no one will use your information for anything nefarious.) Once logged in, upload a photo of your dog(s). The entry fee is a $5 tax-deductible donation per photo.

PLEASE NOTE: If you select to make a $25 entry donation instead of $5, you will automatically receive 50 FREE VOTES towards your total and a FREE 2017 calendar.

Once published, share your photo with all of your friends and family and encourage them to support you and cast their votes. Votes are $1/each, which also goes directly to the rescues. 

Photo Quality

We highly (highly, highly) recommend you submit horizontal/landscape photos of hi-res quality for print (300dpi or more). Vertical or- low-res photos may be rejected and votes/donations returned.

• 5x7 softcover photo book (up to 20 pages) of photos of your dog(s). Just send us the photos and we'll do the work.

The 12 runners-up winners will receive:

• Photo and name in the Runners-up spread on the back of our calendar
• One free Year of the Jack calendar to share with your friends

For a $15 tax-deductible donation, you can reserve a day to honor your pet. Your photo will appear on the day of choice (if available). Just upload your favorite photo, select your date (if it has already been chosen by someone, it will notify you), and make your donation. You will also receive a FREE calendar for your donation.

Please note that reserving a day does not enter that photo into the calendar contest. You will need to enter that separately for a $5 entry donation. However, you may use the same photo in both the contest and on the day of your choice.
