The top dog vote-earners for the Houston, San Antonio, and Pasadena areas and the top cat vote-earners for the Houston, San Antonio, and Pasadena areas will be designated Grand Prize winners.

• Receive the original artwork for the t-shirt from artist Kermit Eisenhut
• Be featured in a photo displayed at the SNAP clinics

*A design by artist Kermit Eisenhut will be created using the photograph of your animal for the t-shirt. If this requirement cannot be met, an alternative prize will be substituted. The Spay-Neuter Assistance Program will determine the image to be used on the shirts.
