Pet's Story or Bio
Ranger was an owner surrender in October 2018, and my cousin’s group rescued him. I was ready to adopt another dog, so he quickly became a part of my family. He is a double merle Australian Shepherd: he was born deaf and with only one eye- and that eye provides limited vision, especially in the dark. Our main communication is by touch and scent. One could say that Ranger sees with his heart! His favorite things to do are to play ball and go for walks. Ranger also experiences separation anxiety, so he gets to go many places with me; he quickly makes friends everywhere he goes! He’s the best car rider too, and has even enjoyed vacations at the beach. He truly is my best friend!
