Rules

• Each entry is $10 per pet.
• Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from the York County SPCA or live in York County to be eligible to enter the contest.
• Limit of 1 pet per photo entry. A photo that shows 2 or more pets will not be accepted. People are not allowed in the photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
• All photos must be uploaded. We cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted photos.
• The Submission Period starts at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, June 12, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 30, 2023.
• Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• Entering more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top vote-getters in each category (9 in Dogs and 3 in Cats & Other Small Animals). The same pet can only win once. Attempts to will two spots in the calendar by the same pet will not be permitted.
• All photos become the property of the York County SPCA. By submitting a photo, you acknowledge and give permission to the York County SPCA to use the name, story, and photo of the animal for marketing purposes.
  
  

• The Voting Period starts at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, June 12, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 30, 2023.
• Each $1 donation counts as 1 (one) vote. You can place all votes on one entry or divide them among multiple entries.
• All votes for photo submission will be tabulated and displayed online.
• All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
• York County SPCA is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
  
  

• The pet and owner must be available during the month of July 2023 and able to travel to Orendorff Studios for the Photo Session.
• Each pet will be photographed on our white backdrop.
• The owner will be able to select 1 image and a custom digital background for their month selected in the Calendar to be provided to the York County SPCA for the calendar design.
• The owner will have the ability to purchase the Digital Images with Print/Use rights, traditional prints as well as a variety of other photo products from the final image gallery.
• The photographic and editing time has been provided as an in-kind donation by Orendorff Studios.
   

The Client(s) agree(s) that all participants will arrive at the session on time and will be ready to be photographed. The client/animal owner understands that due to the unpredictable nature of animal behavior, it is possible that the animal is not willing or able to tolerate the photographic process. The client/owner understands that Orendorff Studios will do their best to obtain as many images as possible during the allotted session time, but if the animal is uncooperative, there is no guarantee on the number of images that can be obtained. The Client(s) also agree(s) that if at any point the photographic process becomes too stressful or detrimental to the animal’s wellbeing, Orendorff Studios may end the session at that time, so as to cause no further stress upon the animal.

Orendorff Studios is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s)/owners will be responsible for their animal(s) and for themselves and release Orendorff Studios, LLC of any liability.
