a little about me...
I met Ben by chance on the streets of Suwon, South Korea not knowing how much of an impact he would have on my life. Somehow, this little being became bigger than the challenge of living and working in a foreign country and gave me the opportunity to to think about and care for someone other than myself. Despite many obstacles and much uncertainty, Ben made the journey back to Canada with me to continue shining his light through all of my dark. He was mischievous, independent and a bit of a brat, but I couldn't have loved him any more! Although he is no longer with me, I see his joyful spirit regularly in the many dogs I get to meet and interact with everyday, and he reminds me of how lucky we all are to have these magical creatures as our best friends.
