I’m loving how Sallie’’s communication skills have grown over the years. Initially she used just soulful eye contact to let me know what she wanted or how she was feeling. Then, in addition to her eye contact she began to nudge me, to get me moving or to show her affection. Now , whenever I miss her feeding time, I get the looks and she modulates her sounds to communicate her dissatisfaction with me. Such an expressive sweet girl.
