Folly was rescued by WRS in February 2021 and then adopted by his foster family in April 2021. Folly is a Weim/Lab mix who has overcome significant neglect to pass his Canine Good Citizen's test and become a certified therapy dog; Folly and his mom visit rehab facilities, schools, and other places where people benefit from being around his kind, gentle, affectionate personality.
