Lucky was found as a stray (no chip).
He was very laid back for a weim. We taught him to sit, turn around , roll over and lie down.We would ask him to do one of his commands for a treat. Then we started alternating the commands so he never knew which one to expect.After awhile he would perform ALL his tricks as if he wanted to make sure he covered the right one before we even asked. His favorite toy was a hard red rubber ball that he never tired of chasing.
Sadly, after 7 years together we lost him. It just crushed me. It still hurts to this day and it’s been 13 years. I have a collection of his things for a memory display case; his collar, blanket, tags, pictures of him and of course his red rubber ball 😢
