This picture was taken a day before Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, Texas. We got the distinct feeling that Emmett thought we should evacuate—his bags were packed. Always trust a Weimaraner’s instincts! Emmett is a Hurricane Harvey survivor...he rode the storm out with us, never anticipating that we’d experience such devastation in our city. We were spared, but will never forget the months that followed. He’s one tough guy!
