We adopted Elke this past April from Lifeline Dog Rescue in Central Florida. She is about 5 years old and has won over our hearts. We hit the rescue jackpot. She came well trained and has great manners. We can not fathom how she became a rescue. She loves to hunt and chase squirrels and keep her yard cat free. She is learning how to swim but is not fond of waves. Calm waters only for this girl. We believe all the stars aligned in heaven and brought us together.
