Roscoe had a rough start in life. He was rescued by the Humane Society International from a holding pen in a Kuwait desert after the shelter he was living in burned down. He is a loving dog who has been my constant companion for the last 10 years. During the pandemic Roscoe was my little gardening assistant. The problem was I couldn't get him off the lounge chair!
