Your Pet's Story or Bio
We first met Rosie when we fostered her last August. She was a very scared 4 month old kitten. The vet from another animal shelter had clipped her ear after she was spayed and they were going to release her back into the wild, thinking she was too feral. Luckily AWLA took her in! We fostered her until the Clear the Shelter event and my husband and I decided if she wasn't adopted, then we would adopt her that day. During the event she hid under a bed and was shaking (I think she planned this behavior so that she could come home with us)!
As you can see she has really come out of her shell! She still has her moments of being a feral scaredy cat, but for the most part she is a confident, silly girl and we couldn't love her more.
