I found Toshi in the KHS shelter about 2 yrs ago. I had just lost my pet to a heart condition. He had just lost his person to COVID. His person was older and his wife could not handle a young dog of his size. As we had both lost our partners I figured we were meant to be matched. I was indeed correct. We are perfect together.
