Luci has brought pure joy to our home.
We adopted Luci from KHS in February 2023. The minute we saw here on the KHS Facebook page my husband and I knew she belonged with us. We had been a dog less family for years since our last fur baby had passed and were just waiting for Luci.

As soon as she came into the outside meeting area she came and put both her big paws up on my shoulders and hugged me, I knew she was ours. We looked at our helper and told her she belonged with us.

She loves walks and chasing the squirrels in the back yard. She is so calm and mellow. Everyone that meets her loves her instantly, even the non dog people.

I cannot imagine our lives without her. She made our family complete again.
