Pet's Story or Bio
Pocahontas is an African Pygmy Hedgehog who happens to be my classroom pet. She helps the children learn something about themselves on a daily basis. She has particularly helped an autistic child work through their sensory issues by allowing the petting of her quills. She is a very laid back and easy going hedgie and is adored by everyone who comes into my classroom.
