Pet's Story or Bio
Gladys spent the first 7.5 years of her life as a puppy mill breeder, being forced to have litter after litter of puppies. Because she is a lilac, a more rare color, she was forced to breed far longer than many dogs.

After her breeding days were done, Gladys was dumped at a rural shelter. Being a bully breed, nobody really wanted her. After three years, they sent her down to Madison, hoping somebody would take her.

When we met Gladys, we were told she had active cancer and very little time left. We strive to make every day her best day ever. Also, she loves dressing up, and the local farmers market, where she is well-known.
