Howie is a 10 year old Shih Tzu. He loves short walks, sitting in the sunlight, tennis balls, stuffed toys and tummy rubs. When Howie was 2 years old he displaced his hip and this is a photo of him getting laser therapy during his recovery. He is loved by all!
