Ori is a six-year-old border collie cross whose favourite party trick is howling in response to the words "I love you"! Visitors to her Wolseley home will likely catch a glimpse of Ori sprawled on her back snoring, which might give the impression that she's a lazy-bones. But if mom and dad even touch their backwoods gear, she transforms into the ultimate adventure companion. Ori loves to swim, run, prowl and even canoe in Manitoba's boreal forest and lake country. She also loves to steal a few cold slurps of dad’s beer, especially if it’s a stout!
