A little about me...
We adopted Sasha from the Windsor Essex County Humane Society in 2012. She was found as a stray, and had various health problems, which were treated until she was ready for adoption. When I saw Sasha's bio which described her as shy, I thought "I'm shy! We'd be perfect together!"

At first, we found her to be a little nervous about some things, such as going outside at night, but she quickly grew comfortable with us. Now she's a vital and much loved member of our family.

The first thing my kids do when they get home from school is to spend a few minutes petting her or playing with her. She loves walks, especially in the woods. With her love of walks, she's helped us become more active. Although she isn't a lap dog, she will let us know when she wants a cuddle. My husband is her favourite person in the world--the only one she'll bother jumping off the couch for when he gets home! :) We love her very much.
